Payment
Checks are accepted, but baskets will not be shipped or delivered until check is received and has cleared.
Invoice
An invoice will be emailed to you prior to delivering or shipping your basket. Payment is due upon receipt.
Local Hand Delivery
Gifts By E, Inc will deliver your order for a $5 dollar fee within a 25 mile radius. Cost increases outside the 25 mile radius.
Shipping
We offer UPS shipping to ensure your gift basket arrives at its destination. The most economical form of shipping is Ground; however you may select your preferred shipping method. Charges will differ based on volume and weight and will be added to each order. We ship only within the continental United States. For edible baskets: please let the recipient know that they should be receiving a perishable package. Gifts By E, Inc. is not responsible if the recipient is unavailable to receive the package or if the business is closed for the day. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to wrong zip code or shipping address are not the responsibility of Gifts By E, Inc.
All Gifts By E, Inc baskets are securely wrapped in bubbled wrap and cushioned to protect your order during shipping. All packages are insured. If you should receive a damaged package, please contact us within two days. We will file a claim with the shipper and compensate you once the claim is settled. Hand delivered baskets are also secure during delivery to ensure a professional look each time.
Returns & Cancellations
Whatever the occasion, we offer quality products, personal touch, and ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee. We carefully select and hand-pick our products because we know you want only the best products in your gift baskets that represents you. If you or your recipient is not completely satisfied, we will replace it free of charge within five days of order. In some cases, we will provide a refund or a credit. Any complaint made outside the five day window, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, within reason. If you are unsatisfied with the gift you ordered and would like a refund, we require the original gift received returned to us intact and in the original box. If the contents of the gift have been eaten or removed we reserve the right to deny a full refund. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Sales Tax
Any item purchased in Georgia will be charged sales tax of 6%.
